Dr. Mark Drucker, M.D. : At the Center for Advanced Medicine, we
recommend to our patients a
nutritional
product called “Essential 7” because of the balanced nutrition it
provides. One reason we love it so much is that it’s an actual food,
it’s not a synthetic or supplement. We call it a “super food” because
it’s so highly packed with the key essential nutrients that the body
requires. It literally provides the whole host of vitamins, minerals,
enzymes, co-enzymes, fats, and fibers that the body needs to keep itself
healthy.
The main ingredient in Essential 7 is “RiSoTriene®” a unique, soluble
stabilized rice bran. RiSoTriene, by itself, provides protection against
degenerative diseases, enhances the immune system and provides sustained
energy and blood sugar control. It also helps the body to lower LDLs
(bad cholesterol) while increasing HDLs (good cholesterol). Essential 7
is created by combining RiSoTriene with other nutrient dense components
that provide the complete balance of the seven essential nutrient
groups.
Thus, Essential 7 works not only for prevention but also for those who
are having difficulties with their health. Whether it’s fatigue,
inflammation, circulation or stomach problems, this product can help. It
does so by delivering a broad spectrum of natural nutrition to our
bodies on a daily basis. And because diabetics respond so well to good
nutrition, Essential 7 is an ideal product for them. It has a good
balance of protein and fat, it is low in carbohydrates plus it has
excellent fibers, all of which help diabetics. In summation, it’s a food
that diabetics need to eat. We know this because we’ve seen them have
great results with it in our medical center.
Another important characteristic of Essential 7 is its ability to
fight free radicals with a powerful array of naturally occurring
anti-oxidants. Tufts University in Boston created a test that measures a
food’s anti-oxidant capability. Essential 7 scores very high on that
test. The “anti-oxidant ability” of Essential 7 is how it off-sets the
aging and health destroying process of free radicals. Our bodies require
oxygen, but a damaging by-product of utilizing oxygen (oxidation) is the
creation of free radicals. When these “run away” cells are left
unchecked, they can lead to cancer and other debilitating diseases. The
body regulates this process by using nutrients, specifically
anti-oxidants, to control and win this ongoing battle.
To maintain or improve our health, it’s vital that we “win” this
battle everyday. Eating a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables,
as well as whole grains, every single meal, is the best way to achieve
this. But since most of my patients find it difficult to eat this way, I
highly recommend Essential 7 to all of them, young or old, male or
female.
